Whitney Houston (August 9, 1963 - February 11, 2012) was an American recording artist, actress, producer and model who was the most awarded female act of all time by the Guinness World Records and is best known for her roles as Rachel Marron in the 1992 romantic thriller film The Bodyguard where she became famous for her recorded version of the song "I Will Always Love You" which is one of the best selling singles of all time by a female artist.
She appeared on Saturday Night Live as a musical guest on February 23, 1991 where she performed "I'm Your Baby Tonight" and "All The Man I Need" and appeared in the opening monologue and on December 14, 1996 where she performed "I Believe In You & Me" and "I Go To The Rock" and also appeared in the opening monologue and as Jennifer in the "St. Monica Christmas Choir" sketch.
