Black Eyed Peas is an American hip hop group (originally an alternative hip hop group, they have since added R&B, pop, dance, electro and techno influences) consisting of William "will.i.am" Adams, Jr. (born March 15, 1975), Allan "apl.de.ap" Pineda, Jr. (born November 17, 1974), Jaime "Taboo" Gómez (born July 14, 1975) and Stacy "Fergie" Ferguson (born March 27, 1975). They appeared on Saturday Night Live as a musical guest twice. The first time was on January 10, 2004 where they performed "Where is the Love?" and "Hey Mama" and the second time was on November 14, 2009 where they performed their hit singles "I Gotta Feeling," "Meet Me Halfway" and "Boom Boom Pow" (which was played over the goodnights) and appeared in the "Today" sketch.
They have also been impersonated on the show, mostly on the October 8, 2005 episode during the "1-800-555-PHUNK" sketch and on the March 5, 2011 episode during the "Our Time!" sketch. Their impersonators are:
