Saturday Night Live Wiki

Terry Sweeney (born March 23, 1950; billed as Terrence Sweeney when credited as a writer) is an American writer, comedian, and actor. Sweeney began as a writer during season 6, after pretending to be a deliveryman to get a writing packet to Jean Doumanian.[1] He was briefly kept on as a writer after Doumanian was fired, and wrote for the April 11, 1981 episode, which was Dick Ebersol's first episode as the executive producer.

He was later a cast member and writer during season 11, when original exec. producer Lorne Michaels returned to the show, but was let go with most of the cast at the end of that year. This makes him one of only two writers to have worked under all three executive producers of the show (Michaels, Doumanian, and Ebersol), the other one being Brian Doyle-Murray.
