Sudi Green (born November 11, 1990) is an American actress, comedian, and writer. She wrote for Saturday Night Live from 2015 until 2021. She was named as a writing supervisor in 2017, and kept that role until she left the show. However, she returned for the first-half of the show's 50th season, to cover for Celeste Yim (themselves, a current writing supervisor who is taking a break from the show).
In addition to SNL, Green wrote for the Hulu original series "Shrill", which starred then-SNL co-worker Aidy Bryant, as well as Showtime original series, "I Love That for You", which stars fellow former SNL co-worker Vanessa Bayer.
Before SNL, Green was a performer at the Upright Citizens Brigade, where she, alongside fellow performers Fran Gillespie and Will Stephen were hired to write at SNL, in 2015. Green and Gillespie both left the show, six years later (though Green has temporarily returned).
