Richard "Rich" Hall (born June 10, 1954) is an American comedian, writer and musician. He was a member of the SNL cast during season 10. Following his retirement from SNL, Hall returned to standup, as well as doing a series of commercials for Pizza Hut. Hall is arguably best known for authoring a parody dictionary called Sniglets (snig'lit): Any Word That Doesn't Appear in the Dictionary, but Should, which contains made-up words that reflect real-world situations, such as "Essoasso (noun): Driver who swerves through a service station to avoid a red light." The "sniglets" books also inspired a board game by the same name, where players can make their own sniglets.
