Paul Ryan (born January 29, 1970) is an American politician who is the United States Representative for Wisconsin's 1st congressional district and the nominee of the Republican Party for Vice President of the United States in the 2012 election. Although he has never been on Saturday Night Live, he has been impersonated by Taran Killam on September 15, 2012 during the "Democratic Rally" cold opening sketch and on October 13, 2012 during the "Vice Presidential Debate" cold opening sketch.
