The 3rd episode of Season 25 and the 468th episode of Saturday Night Live premiered on October 23, 1999, hosted by former cast member Norm Macdonald with rappers Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg and Eminem as the musical guests.

These were Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg and Eminem’s second, third and first respective musical guest stints on SNL, as well as the only hosting stint for Macdonald.

This marked the first episode with Rachel Dratch as a cast member.
