The 4th episode of Season 20 and the 370th episode of Saturday Night Live premiered on October 22, 1994, hosted by comedian and actor Dana Carvey, a former long-time cast member with musical guest Edie Brickell & Paul Simon. This was the first hosting appearance that Carvey made on SNL, as well as the 3rd musical guest appearance for Edie Brickell on SNL.
