The 950th episode and 2nd episode of Saturday Night Live's 49th season premiered on October 21, 2023, with host and musical guest Bad Bunny, a Puerto Rican rapper, singer and songwriter, and record producer. Bad Bunny previously made his musical guest debut on February 20, 2021, the thirteenth episode of SNL's 46th season, hosted by the English actor Regé-Jean Page, star of the Netflix's historical fiction-romance streaming television series Bridgerton, and the hit films The Gray Man and Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. This is Bad Bunny's first-time hosting and he made his 2nd musical guest appearance on SNL, as well as his 3rd appearance on SNL in total.
The goodnights speech for Bad Bunny is "Well, Thank You to Pedro Pascal. Thank You to Mick Jagger, and Lady Gaga. Well, Thank You to Lorne and Everyone at "SNL", I Had a Great Week.
