The 912th episode and 3rd episode of Saturday Night Live's 47th season premiered on October 16, 2021, hosted by actor Rami Malek, star of USA Network television series Mr. Robot and the hit films, Night at the Museum film trilogy, Need for Speed, Buster's Mal Heart, Papillon, Bohemian Rhapsody, Dolittle, The Little Things, No Time to Die, Amsterdam, Oppenheimer, The Amateur and Nuremberg, with rapper, singer, and songwriter Young Thug as the musical guest. This was Rami Malek's hosting debut. This is also the 3rd appearance and the first-time as the musical guest for Young Thug on SNL.
