The 32nd episode of Saturday Night Live and the 8th episode of Season 2 and it was hosted by legendary folk-rock singer and guitarist Paul Simon, who also served as the musical guest alongside George Harrison, a former member of the Beatles. This is also his 2nd time hosting and musical guest appearance on SNL. This is even also the only musical guest appearance on SNL for George Harrison.
