Trivia[]

  • During this episode's production, executive producer Lorne Michaels briefly left the show, after a tense argument with NBC. In his place, Dick Ebersol (an NBC executive who helped the sbow get on the air, and future executive producer), ran the show for most of the week, and he booked ABBA as musical guest, a decision frowned upon by a few staff including head writer Michael O'Donoghue (who roasted ABBA with a few cards, during their performances).
