John McCain and Cindy McCain appeared on this show, along with Tina Fey returning for the last time, as Sarah Palin. Since the election is over, and since McCain didn't win, Fey is retiring the Palin impression. Ben Affleck made his 4th hosting stint and this was the only appearance as musical guest on SNL for David Cook.
