Destiny Hope "Miley Ray" Cyrus (born November 23, 1992) is an American actress and singer-songwriter best known for her role as Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana on the Disney Channel sitcom Hannah Montana. She hosted Saturday Night Live on March 5, 2011 and appeared for the second time on October 5, 2013 as both host and musical guest she hosted and was musical guest on October 3, 2015, where she performed "Wrecking Ball" and "We Can't Stop." She also made a cameo on October 26, 2013 where she appeared in the opening monologue and as one of the women in the "12 Years Not a Slave" sketch. And on October 3, 2015 where she was host and musical guest and she performed "Karen Don't Be Sad", a medley of "BB Talk", and "Twinkle Song". She appeared again as a musical guest on November 4, 2017 performing "Bad Mood" and "I Would Die for You" and a couple of sketches.
She was also impersonated by Ellen Page on the March 1, 2008 episode during the "The Dakota Fanning Show" sketch and currently by Vanessa Bayer six times from October 2, 2010 to October 5, 2013.
