Michael Che is am American writer and comedian. He was hired as an SNL writer in 2013, and after a short time as a writer on the show, Michael got offered a post as a Daily Show correspondent in summer 2014. He is now currently back as a cast member and Weekend Update anchor on Saturday Night Live as of 2014. He is the first African-American anchor of Weekend Update.
