The 16th episode of Season 35 and the 674th episode of Saturday Night Live, hosted by actor and comedian Zach Galifianakis, with rock band Vampire Weekend as the musical guest, who performed "Cousins" and "Giving Up the Gun". It premiered on March 6, 2010.
This was the first time that Zach Galifianakis hosts, as well as the 2nd musical guest appearance on SNL for Vampire Weekend.
