The 14th episode of Season 26 and the 499th episode of Saturday Night Live, hosted by former SNL writer, comedian, producer and actor Conan O'Brien, the host of Late Night and Conan with Don Henley, a former member of the Eagles, as the musical guest. It premiered on March 10, 2001. This is Conan O'Brien only time hosting, and Don Henley's 2nd musical guest stint on SNL.

Don Henley previously made his musical guest debut on October 28, 1989, the fourth episode of Season 15, with actor James Woods as the host.
