Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta (born March 28, 1986), best known by her stage name Lady Gaga, is an American singer and songwriter.
She appeared on Saturday Night Live as the musical guest on October 3, 2009, where she performed "Paparazzi" and a medley of songs including "Bad Romance," "LoveGame" and "Poker Face" and also appeared in the "Deep House Dish" sketch and the "Fashion Sketch." On May 21, 2011, she performed a medley of "The Edge of Glory" and "Judas" and "Born This Way" and also appeared in the "Liquorville" sketch as the spokesperson, the SNL Digital Short and the "What's That Name?" sketch, and appeared as both host and musical guest on November 16, 2013 where she performed "Do What U Want" with R. Kelly and "Gypsy."
She was also impersonated by Jenny Slate on the February 27, 2010 episode during the "We Are The World 3" sketch and by Vanessa Bayer on the October 12, 2013 episdoe during "The Lady Gaga Show" sketch.
