Gwyneth Paltrow-Martin (born September 27, 1972) is an American actress and singer best known for her role as Viola de Lesseps in the 1998 romantic comedy-drama film Shakespeare in Love, for which she won several awards including Academy Award for Best Actress, and for her marriage to Chris Martin, the lead vocalist of Coldplay. She hosted Saturday Night Live thrice. The first time was on February 6, 1999, second time was on November 10, 2001 and the third time was on January 15, 2011. She also made a cameo on February 19, 2000 during the opening monologue and on November 18, 2000 during the Weekend Update segment.
