The 862nd episode and 12th episode of Saturday Night Live's 44th season which premiered on February 9, 2019. Pop sensation, singer-songwriter and musician Halsey was the host and also served as the episode's musical guest and she performs "Without Me" and "Eastside". Halsey previously made her musical guest debut on January 13, 2018, the tenth episode and first show of New Year 2018 of SNL's 43rd season, hosted by actor Sam Rockwell. This is Halsey's first-time hosting, and she made her 2nd musical guest appearance, as well as her 3rd appearance on SNL.
Halsey's goodnights speech is in the following: "I Want to Thank Everyone at SNL and This Entire Cast for Making This the Best Week of My Life, Thank You Everybody, Good Night". (Cheers and applause)
