The 900th milestone episode overall and 11th episode of Season 46 of Saturday Night Live premiered on February 6, 2021, hosted by Canadian actor Dan Levy, the creator and star of CBC Television's sitcom Schitt's Creek and the hit films Happiest Season, Disney's supernatural horror comedy film Haunted Mansion, Good Grief, Unfrosted, Animal Friends and At Sea, with musical guest Phoebe Bridgers. This will be Dan Levy's hosting debut and Phoebe Bridgers made her musical guest debut on SNL.

This will be the second of the five consecutive shows starting January 30, 2021, the second time this happened in this season of the show.

The goodnights speech for Dan Levy is "That Is Our Show, Thank You to Phoebe Bridgers and My Daddy, (Cheers and applause), This Really A Dream Come True, Thank You to Everyone Who Ever Made It Happen, Have a Good Night, Everybody, I Love You". (Cheers and applause again)
