The 863rd episode and 13th episode of Saturday Night Live's 44th season which premiered on February 16, 2019. It was hosted by actor Don Cheadle, star of Showtime's historical dark comedy series Black Monday, and the hit films Rebound: The Legend of Earl the Goat Manigault Rebound, Out of Sight, Traffic, The Ocean's Trilogy, and Space Jam: A New Legacy, and Marvel Cinematic Universe films Iron Man 2, Iron Man 3, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame, with musical guest Gary Clark Jr., a blues rock musician, guitarist and singer, who performed "Pearl Cadilac" and "This Land". Don Cheadle's hosting debut was made, and this is also the musical guest debut on SNL for Gary Clark Jr.
