Ellen DeGeneres (born January 26, 1958) is an American stand-up comedian, television host and actress best known for hosting the syndicated talk show The Ellen DeGeneres Show from 2003 to 2022 and for voicing Dory in the 2003 Disney/Pixar computer-animated comedy-drama film Finding Nemo. She hosted Saturday Night Live on the December 15, 2001 episode, the ninth episode and the Christmas show of SNL's 27th season, with musical guest No Doubt.

She was also impersonated by Mark McKinney on the May 10, 1997 episode during the "Oprah" sketch and by Kate McKinnon on the October 6, 2012 episode during the "Bond 50" filmed commercial sketch, on the November 10, 2012 episode during the "Ellen" sketch and on February 9, 2013 during the "Bieber Doubles" sketch.
