The 733rd episode and 9th episode of Saturday Night Live's 38th season premiered on December 8, 2012, hosted by actor, comedian and singer Jamie Foxx, with musical guest Ne-Yo, a singer-songwriter, who performed "Let Me Love You (Until You Learn to Love Yourself)" and "She Is." This is Jamie Foxx's 2nd hosting stint, and he also making his first appearance in 12 years and 11 months. This is also the musical guest debut on SNL for Ne-Yo.
Foxx last hosted SNL on January 8, 2000, the ninth episode and the first show of New Year 2000 of SNL's 25th season, with musical guests Blink-182, the legendary rock band.
