The 10th episode of Season 34 and the 646th episode of Saturday Night Live, which premiered on December 6, 2008. It was hosted by actor John Malkovich, star of the hit films In the Line of Fire, Rounders and The Changeling, making his first appearance in 15 years. The musical guest is the rapper T.I. as who was accompanied in the second musical selection by Swizz Beatz. Malkovich last hosted SNL on October 23, 1993, the fourth episode of SNL's 19th season, with musical guest Billy Joel. This was the only musical guest appearance for T.I. and this is the 3rd time as host on SNL for John Malkovich, as well as his first appearance in 15 years.
Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Molly Sims, and Justin Timberlake made cameo appearances in one of this episode's Digital Shorts, entitled "Jizz in My Pants".
The episode was also documented in James Franco's documentary entitled Saturday Night, showing a typical week for the cast and crew at Saturday Night Live.
