Chloe Rose Fineman (born July 20, 1988) is an American actress, comedienne, writer, and impressionist. Fineman became a featured player on the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live starting in its 45th season in September 2019, and she was promoted to repertory status in 2021 at the beginning of season 47.

Fineman's addition to the cast of Saturday Night Live, the long-running NBC sketch-comedy show, as a featured player was announced on September 12, 2019, along with the additions of Bowen Yang and Shane Gillis. Alongside Yang and Heidi Gardner, Fineman was cited as the season's MVP by Andy Hoglund at Entertainment Weekly. Her promotion to Repertory Status was announced on September 27, 2021, shortly before the show's 47th season began.

She was the youngest female member of the current cast, as she was born four months and ten days after Ego Nwodim (born March 10, 1988), though Nwodim is still the youngest African-American female cast member overall (beating out Chris Redd, who was born on March 25, 1985), until Lauren Holt came along in the 46th season in 2020.

Fineman and Yang have both reached their 150th milestone sketches respectively on SNL on October 8, 2022, the second episode of Season 48, hosted by Irish actor Brendan Gleeson, with musical guest Willow.
