Barbara Walters (born September 25, 1929) is an American broadcast journalist, author, and television personality best known for being the news anchor for over 10 years on the NBC morning television program Today. She was impersonated by Gilda Radner in Saturday Night Live's first season, a portrayal Walters disliked.[1] She has been impersonated by Cheri Oteri for 23 times; Rachel Dratch on November 8, 2003, February 7, 2004 and on November 13, 2004; Michaela Watkins on January 17, 2009 and March 14, 2009; and by Nasim Pedrad on November 7, 2009, February 6, 2010 and on October 23, 2010.

She appeared on the May 10, 2014 episode to celebrate her pending retirement from television, following a retrospective of impersonations from previous seasons.
