The 17th episode of Season 20 and the 383rd episode of Saturday Night Live premiered on April 8, 1995, hosted by former SNL short-term cast member and FOX's In Living Color cast member Damon Wayans with musical guest Dionne Farris, a singer, songwriter and producer.
This is the only musical guest stint on SNL for Dionne Farris, and Damon Wayans’ only time as host.
This marked the first episode for Morwenna Banks as a cast member.
